Donations

The Visual Arts Center depends on the generosity of individual patrons, corporations, and other supporters to fulfill its mission of bringing high quality exhibitions to Boise State University.  If you support the mission of the Visual Arts Center to bring contemporary visual arts programming to the Treasure Valley, please make a donation today.  Donated funds go to organizing regional and national exhibitions and related programming and support materials including visiting artist lectures and publication of scholarly material such as exhibition catalogs.  Checks may be made out to Boise State University and sent to: Kirsten Furlong, Gallery Director, Boise State University, 1910 University Drive, Boise, ID 83725.

To give a donation online, go to the Boise State University Foundation at: http://www.universityadvancement.org/ Click on the orange Make a Gift button, in the Designation area choose College of Arts and Sciences and in the Account area choose Art Department and in the special designation box write in Visual Arts Center.  Thank You!

Gifts of Works of Art

The Visual Arts Center has a small permanent collection of two- and three-dimensional works of art from regional and internationally known visual artists.  Gifts of modern and contemporary fine art strengthen the collection and benefit students in the Art and Art History programs.  Due to constraints in our storage and display facilities, each acquisition must be carefully considered.  If you have a museum-quality artwork that you would like to donate to the Visual Arts Center, please contact Gallery Director Kirsten Furlong at kfurlong@boisestate.edu or 208-426-3994 for more information.
